PACIFIC ISLAND JOBS was conceived in 2007 and launched in 2008 by Tanya Blackburn and Diane Hirtz. Of Pacific descent and frustrated by the absence of a single site where jobseekers could view jobs and other opportunities specific to the region, the Founders of PACIFIC ISLAND JOBS set out to provide a professional, easy-to-use job portal.
