Cardno Acil is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced road professionals for our Highlands Region Road Improvement Investment Program, in Papua New Guinea. This program focuses on the improvement of the Highlands core road network of 2,500 kilometers (km). This includes some of the major national roads and some provincial roads, which carry the bulk of the traffic in the region. The Program is financed by the ADB and will run for 3 to 4 years.
