The appointee will assist the subject co-ordinator with assessment and monitoring of student performance; teach the foundation and preliminary courses in the relevant areas to DFL students; mark and keep records of assignments, tests and monitor their academic progress; provide counseling to students and any task assigned by the Director, College of Foundation Studies through the Subject Coordinator.
Applicants must be citizens of one of the member countries of the University and must have a good relevant undergraduate degree and postgraduate qualification; a teaching qualification and teaching experience at secondary and/or tertiary level in the Pacific.
Preference will be given to applicants with a postgraduate qualification; and work experience in flexible teaching and learning techniques.

Salary Range: F$23,884 to F$29,032 per annum
