Greenpeace Australia Pacific is looking for an experienced accountant to join its passionate team. Working closely with other members of the finance team, you will play a key role in the effectiveness of our operations. You will support the Chief Financial Officer and develop critical information for the organisation’s stakeholders. Together with the Chief Financial Officer, you will identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes across the organisation in order to enhance the overall strength of financial controls and improve efficiencies.
The successful applicant must have at least two years' experience in a similar role, strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and accounting qualifications. You also need good communication skills and a commitment to the ideals and values of Greenpeace.

This is a Sydney-based position and is available on a full-time (35 hours per week), part-time or job-share basis. Please indicate in your application how many hours per week you are able to work.
