Duration and Number of Vacancies Per Advert
All adverts and buttons have a maximum six-week duration and stay live on the site until the specified closing date. Each advert should only contain details of a single vacancy. Please note a single posting cannot include details of more than one vacancy.
Suitability of adverts
To maintain the integrity of the site, all adverts are reviewed before going live on the site. We require that all adverts are appropriate to the site. This usually means that they fit into one of the following sectors:
- Conservation
- Education
- Environment
- Health
- Human Rights
- Law and Justice
- Livelihoods
- Travel and Tourism

** Link to Us
To obtain a 25% reduction on the standard advert charge, simply add a link to us from a prominent page on your website e.g. your vacancies section. Please include the following text: 'Our vacancies and other Pacific jobs can be found at www.pacificislandjobs.com'. This link must be established within one week of placing your advert and should remain on your site for the duration of the advert. If you do not link to us within this time, you will be charged our standard rate.
Button Advertising
Hyperlinked to your website, button advertising offers a great way to raise your organisation’s profile. Button adverts receive maximum exposure on the PACIFIC ISLAND JOBS homepage and in our Links section. To place a button advert send your logo as an attachment to: advertise@pacificislandjobs.com Please supply in JPEG or GIF format and specify the web address you would like the image to hyperlink to. Required dimensions: 130 wide by 100 pixels high.
Payment Methods
Job advert payments can be made securely through the site using credit/debit card. If you are not able to pay online, please contact us for information on how to pay by bank-to-bank transfer or cheque. Payments for button adverts can be made by cheque or bank-to-bank transfer.
