The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) is offering the successful candidate a competitive salary anywhere from USD $81,901 - $114,340, including location and COLDA allowances, TAX-FREE for citizens of most countries + super.
Accommodation assistance is also available. Additionally, relocation expenses will be paid, with an establishment grant paid on arrival in Honiara.

The role is newly established within the Finance unit under the Corporate Services Division, where you will be responsible for budgeting and reporting. The role is full-time, based in Honiara, in the Solomon Islands, and will lead the reporting section of the Finance Unit. This appointment is made on a three-year term and may be renewable for a further three years, subject to performance and funding availability.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work to deliver advice on complex financial, budget and development issues.

To be considered for this position, you will have a tertiary qualification (degree) in Accounting, Financial Management or a related field and be a Certified Public Accountant from a recognised institution.
A minimum of five years of experience in management and financial accounting will allow for the professional and technical expertise you have gained to be highly utilised.
